In 2025, Da Nang Port made a strong mark with impressive figures: cargo throughput increased by 10.44%, container volume rose by 10.55%, revenue grew by 12%, and profit increased by over 20%. Employees’ income continued to improve, and all units completed and exceeded their assigned targets. 💪
The Board of Directors of Da Nang Port focused on applying AI and IoT in operations: from the eMAP digital map system, automatic container recognition camera systems on QC cranes, automated truck dispatching systems for 14 ERTG cranes, to the ePORT electronic gate for LCL cargo. Along with 120 Kaizen solutions and 37 recognized initiatives, the spirit of innovation is present in every officer and employee. 🌟
Da Nang Port also expanded its market to the East–West Economic Corridor (Laos, Cambodia) and successfully attracted a new container shipping service from COSCO, affirming its position as the main gateway of Central Vietnam. The Hoa Vang Logistics Center project has also officially come into operation, laying the foundation for the goal of becoming a leading logistics hub in the region.
Entering 2026, Da Nang Port sets its overall objective: “Expanding infrastructure and developing a green, smart port,” with the following targets:
✅ Cargo throughput: 16.77 million tons (up 9%)
✅ Revenue: VND 1,860 billion (up 12%)
✅ Profit: VND 518 billion (up 15%)
The Port will continue to maintain stable growth, accelerate the implementation of key projects, complete port and logistics infrastructure in a modern, smart, and green direction, while ensuring security, social safety, and improving the material and spiritual well-being of employees.
With a long-term vision, Da Nang Port aims to develop an ecosystem including six berths at Lien Chieu Port, a 24-hectare inland container depot in Hoa Nhon, and an inland port in Dung Quat. The Port’s reputation lies not only in cargo volume but also in vessel turnaround speed and absolute customer satisfaction through digital data.
